Hi! Thank you for your interest in partnering with our team. I’ve worked in the Staffing/Recruiting Industry for 19 years and was privileged to be mentored by one of our industry’s leading experts, who shared her love of “bringing people together.” During conversations with job applicants and hiring mangers my goal is to listen, learn, and help bring them together by connecting the right people to one another. In 2014, I received my certification as a Temporary Staffing Specialist through the National Association of Personnel Services. This is maintained by the completion of 17 hours of continued education each year as I remain current in my knowledge to assist in your job and employee search. My free time is spent with my husband, Miguel, and our 4 year old fur baby, Max! We enjoy visiting family and experiencing new restaurants, stores and meeting people both locally or in our travels.
Jill Beck
Owner/Controller
I’m Jill! I was born and raised in Odessa, TX. I graduated from Permian High School and received my BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 1993. I began my career working in Public Accounting firms and later took the leap into the Oil and Gas Industry. During these years I worked in Financial Accounting and SEC Reporting. My husband, Tippy and I began our family in 2002 and I stayed home and enjoyed being a mom to Bryson, Braden and BreAnna. During this time, I operated a tax partnership working from home for the flexibility, until 2010 when I entered the Staffing/Recruiting Industry as a Controller for a local firm. I love the enthusiasm and positivity in this industry that creates an enjoyable work environment. I look forward to working with each of you!

Thank you for visiting our website! I’m Yancy and most likely the voice you hear when you initially contact our team. I bring 7 years of customer service and 4 years of Staffing/Recruiting Industry experience to Permian Personnel. I take pride in making each candidate’s experience positive every single day. My passion for social media and marketing has grown in recent years, and I now contribute to this area of our business as well. I work remotely from Mission, Texas and on the weekends can be found spending time with my family or at the beach with friends. Visiting Midland always feels like a breath of fresh air, I love the community and how welcoming people are. I always leave looking forward to the next time I will be back.
